These terms govern use of the website operated by Nabar Studio. A signed proposal, statement of work, or service agreement—not this page—governs any client engagement.

Website content is provided for general information and may change. It is not a binding offer, technical guarantee, legal opinion, or promise that a particular service is appropriate for every business.
3. Portfolio and third-party references
Representative briefs are identified as such. Verified client names, marks, testimonials, and results are published only when authorized. Third-party names and products belong to their respective owners.
4. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with availability, submit unlawful or harmful material, or use automated means in a way that creates unreasonable load.
5. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the website design, copy, and original materials are owned by or licensed to Nabar Studio. Client-project intellectual property is governed by the applicable signed agreement.

Links and integrations may lead to third-party services. We are not responsible for their availability, content, security, or terms.
7. Availability and liability
We work to keep the website accurate and available but provide it on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Nabar Studio is not liable for indirect losses arising solely from website use.
